Returns & Refunds Policy (B2B/Trade Customers)

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Yarwood Memorial Products Ltd and our online store, www.yarwoodmemorials.co.uk.

We are committed to supplying high-quality products and providing excellent service to our trade customers. In line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979, we will accept returns or issue refunds only where goods are:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Faulty or not of satisfactory quality
  • Incorrectly supplied (i.e. not matching the order placed)

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items ordered in error
  • Changes of mind
  • Surplus stock
  • Customised or bespoke products – such as jewellery we have interred for you (unless faulty)

 

Please note: As a B2B customer, you are not covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which applies only to consumer transactions. Your statutory rights are instead governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery. To report an issue, contact our customer service team at [email protected], providing:

  • Your business name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the item and all packaging (where applicable)

We will assess the issue and advise whether a replacement, credit note, or refund will be issued.

Return Timeframes and Conditions

  • All issues must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  • Items authorised for return must be received by us within 10 working days of confirmation.
  • Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging (where possible), and securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • If the goods are returned without adequate packaging, we reserve the right to decline your return.
